Thank you for choosing mmmockups for your Photoshop mockup needs. Below, you will find our licensing policy that governs the use of our products. By purchasing and downloading any of our products, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Standard License

Designed for individuals and small studios of up to three employees, the Individual License grants the freedom to utilize mockups for personal branding and portfolio showcases on personal websites, social media platforms, and in PDF portfolios. However, it prohibits the use of mockups by end clients for product promotions or any form of advertising, whether through paid self-promotion or the promotion of other products and services.

Extended License

Tailored for both small and large studios, as well as advertising agencies up to 5,000 employees, the Studio/Corporate License extends flexibility in mockup usage. It allows mockups to be integrated into portfolio displays on official websites and across social media channels. Notably, this license permits studios and agencies to leverage mockups for self-promotion, including paid promotions. However, it disallows client companies from using mockups to endorse their products or services, restricting any form of product advertisement or promotional campaign.

3. Prohibitions:

Regardless of the license type, you are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the item in its original or modified form.
• Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
• Use the item in any defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal manner.

4. Modifications:

You are allowed to modify the purchased item to fit your project’s requirements. However, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of the modified item. Any modifications remain subject to the terms of the original license.

5. Support and Updates:

We strive to provide excellent customer support and may offer updates to our products. However, we are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates for items purchased on our website.

6. Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the item has been downloaded, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or not as described.

7. License Distribution:

Your license to use our products is non-transferable. You may not redistribute, sell, or share your license key with any third party.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing and downloading any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these licensing terms.
